Dean Young
I bring over 30 years of experience in construction and 8 years as a certified home inspector. My journey began in 1994 with the founding of my first business, All Solutions LLC, a renovation company. For 29 years, I have developed expertise in building systems, structures, and exceptional customer service.
In mid-2018, I founded The Inspection Co. to offer professional inspection services tailored to homeowners and businesses. I am certified by InterNACHI and specialize in pre-drywall inspections, radon and mold testing, air quality assessments, and HVAC systems. These certifications allow me to deliver comprehensive inspection services for residential, commercial, and luxury properties.
I am proud to serve clients across Central North Carolina, The Triangle, Southern Virginia, and Northern South Carolina. My goal is to provide clear and detailed reports that help clients make informed decisions. Whether buying a home, investing in real estate, or maintaining a luxury property, The Inspection Co. is here to help.
